To simply surprise

Disfrutar has the goal of stimulating and amazing guests with its open kitchen and a seasonal, locally focused collection of world class tasting menus: the Gran Classic, the Gran Festival and its namesake Disfrutar.

With a remarkable trio of chefs, Oriol Castro, Eduardo Xatruch and Mateu Casañas and an exceptional restaurant team, the objective is to produce, fun and clearly avant-garde gastronomy. True to their back-grounds, you can expect dishes here to stand out  for their markedly Mediterranean heritage.

Disfrutar, (which means “enjoy”), is located in Barcelona’s Eixample district in an intimate, welcoming premises inspired by the small fishing villages, wrought iron of the Minot Market and the colours of local ceramics.

Enjoy your meal.
