Best night’s sleep ever!

Hiding away amongst the sunflowers on a well-hidden piece of farmland that is delightfully hard to find, Paradero Todos Santos is a recently opened, 35-suite, experience inclusive property that’s a smooth 50-mile highway ride from San Jose del Cabo Airport.

Less of a hotel and more of a high-design landscaping project with luxurious suites, the Mexican born owners have broken from convention to imagine sanctuary spaces that promise to bring out our inner desert monk.

Here contemplative outdoor seating and open air dining areas and cactus-studded desert views mix with lush kitchen gardens, mountain vistas and fertile farmland.

When we’re sleeping like babies, chilling at the open-air lobby bar or lounging by the private zero edge pool, there’s plenty to keep us tastefully occupied at this adults-only destination. Its no wonder the resort has already earned a reputation for its vibrant back-to -nature activity program.  Think casual gardening lessons in the botanical garden, hiking at sunset, mountain biking on well-established trails and local art tours. Mexican culinary adventures are also guest favourites.

Chef Eduardo Rios, a Pujol alumni is at the helm of open-fire kitchen serving up small, but memorable selection of Mexican dishes featuring garden grown produce. Both guacamole and chocolate tacos are addictive.

No question… this is a place to hide away for a few days of peace and quiet. And, incase you don’t fancy leaving… the real estate team will give you a tour of Paradero’s soon-to-be-built vacation homes.
