This fall indulge your sweet tooth with a few of these favourite desserts. Whether you can’t live without sweets at the end of your meal, or you’ve got a weekend craving, I guarantee there’s something here for you. For me ,mixing up the types of sweets I serve keeps things fresh. Just ask my family and friends who never complain about being my guinea pigs when I’m experimenting with my menus.

Because they can melt quickly, I recommend placing them in a large bowl in the freezer for a few hours. Scoop ultra-hard ice cream balls into the bowl and put it back in the freezer overnight.

Let us eat cake

Of course, it wouldn’t be a column about sweets without cake. When it comes to cake, nothing can replace a great chocolate one. Perfectly suited for celebrating, or as a great weekday pick-me-up.

Individual servings

Creating a rather extravagant dinner? Maybe offer a light, individual portion dessert to your guests after dinner. Remember, you can adjust to a smaller or even larger portion if needed.
