Boutique Ski Club Experience

When the first snowfall of the season ignites your family’s excitement for crisp air and fresh powder, it just might be time to consider your winter weekend plans. First, look for a place that’s convenient, affordable and close by that has all the right ingredients for fabulous family weekends.

Looking to find a place where great skiing, winter activities for all ages, good food and great relationships that will make your family’s weekends memorable?

It’s been said that skiing is the catalyst that brings so many families together to create “ski for life” memories and share precious times. This is what The Heights Ski & Country Club lifestyle experience has brought to families for over 15 years. “For less than you’d think kids can enjoy the ‘best of winter’ with the true freedom and safety of exclusive small-club skiing,” adds Sam Bergeron, GM at The Heights. “At our boutique club, waiting is never the norm and kids of all ages can enjoy the slopes at their own pace and family fun is always front and centre.”

At The Heights

The Heights of Horseshoe is the ultimate in ski-in, ski-out convenience just one hour from Toronto. Set foot on the grounds of our members-only club and you’ll immediately experience the private club difference. There’s a happy buzz as families arrive and greet each other. Parents are preparing their toddlers for their first ever descent on the big hill. Youngsters are gearing up for snowboarding lessons with their friends. All day, the new clubhouse is alive with folks enjoying a coffee, having a drink at the bar and chatting over a snack or a wonderful meal.

Learning to ski

Boutique ski clubs like The Heights have proven to be the best and safest places to learn to ski. Whether it’s one-on-one private or semi-private lessons, the by-invitation membership of a boutique ski club comes with handpicked instructors and a variety of special winter programs, and offers fabulous experiences for the whole family. In addition, The Heights also offers its members the best environment for improving their skills on the hills.

Plus, boutique ski clubs are also the best place for young skiers to explore, challenge themselves, and develop new skills in a positive and trusted learning environment. From toddlers to teenagers, kids get an incredible opportunity to socialize, learn without the risks of the “big resorts” and grow up enjoying our one-of-a-kind Canadian winters.

You’re invited

At The Heights, you’ll find that connections and lasting friendships within an extended ski family are invaluable. You certainly won’t get that kind of camaraderie at a large ski resort where it’s easy to get lost in the crowds.

Whether you’re an expert or novice, downhill or cross-country skier or a budding snowboarder, you and your family deserve the boutique ski club experience. After all, where else can you create good times together season after season?
