Fall Harvest Linner

By Sebastien & Sheila Centner, @sebandsheila @eatertainment

Celebrating all that is Fall with a Harvest Linner is the perfect way to welcome the change of season. Opting for seasonal courses along with a few body-warming cocktails, a fall harvest meal is the ideal transition meal for this time of year as you embrace the arrival of the cooler days and settle into meals with heartier menus.

Unlike many of our dinner parties, a fall harvest-inspired meal can be enjoyed at any time of day, but since there are only so many weekend nights, and to avoid having to pick a date several weeks in advance, we suggest hosting this meal as a late lunch/early dinner – Linner!

Cider Sidecar

Mixed in the traditional method of a martini, the theatrics of shaking one of these drinks up will always bring a smile to your guests’ faces.

Seasonal Soup

Start with something cozy. Carrot + Apple Soup with Sautéed Mushrooms is the perfect way to start – it’s light but still warming.

Harvest Loot Bag

The ultimate seasonal party-favour! Fresh veggies make a fantastic take-home gift for your guests – and act as extra décor in the meantime.

Decadent Dessert

We recommend a small, on-theme, treat like Poached Oranges with Honey and a small slice of Chocolate Fondant Cake.
