Baby it’s cold in here
While  hot tubs may still dominate when it comes to hydrotherapy, a new report suggests that the use of cold water ice plunges, also known as ice baths, has been growing. Just when you think you’ve seen everything along comes face gym and face yoga… both non-invasive, celeb touted workouts designed exclusively for your face. Using a combination of centuries old massage techniques, kneading, exercises and in the case of face gym, cutting edge tools, smiling disciples claim results that see their faces lifted, sculpted and glowing.
