Driven by Gen-Z‘ers who are pushing back against the hustle-productivity culture, it’s influencing spa treatments and travel experiences. Soft life fans believe they shouldn’t have to beat themselves up with workouts or obsess about every little ingredient they put in their bodies. Yes, they believe in staying well but they want to feel good, eat what tastes good and take a softer and more relaxed approach when it comes to time off. Sounds like pampering to us.
