A celebration of Latin flavours

Featuring celebrity chef Lorena Garcia, CHICA Miami delivers the robust and vibrant flavours of Latin American cuisine combined with a dynamic wine and mixology program. Menu offerings range from empanadas to fresh seafood ceviche, sharables like arepas and whole fish and meat dishes. CHICA’s menu was crafted by Garcia and features classic renditions of Latin dishes combined with influences from Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina. A signature cocktail favourite, CHICA-RITA is a delightful mix of Sauza Blue tequila, fresh lime and grilled pineapple juice balanced with fresh sage and Elemakule Tiki Bitters.
