Fun with Kids

By Sebastien & Sheila Centner,

Hosting a fun and easy children’s birthday party doesn’t have to be complicated! When our boys were younger, we loved including them and their friends when preparing for the celebration. Today, parents are more focused than ever on creating healthy eating habits. While sneaking broccoli into cupcakes might not always work, simple tweaks—like making veggies & dip edible art or creating PB&J skewers — can make party favourites a little healthier without sacrificing taste. The key is keeping it fun, stress-free, and focused on what kids already love, so everyone can have a great time!

P.S…Just in case, ask parents about food allergies.
