Before anything else…

I think most people would agree that preparation, passion and good coaching are often the keys to being successful at whatever it is we’d like to accomplish. Dedication, tenacity and commitment also make a big difference be it in great interior design, memorable architecture or product innovation, sport and business.

The recent Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris are an exciting example of the way many of these admirable qualities come together over the years with plenty of determination, planning and hard work over the years. Preparation is key in other disciplines as well.

Life gives me the opportunity to learn a great deal from passionate pioneers and practitioners in all sorts of industries but the ever-emerging wellness industry is exciting to follow. In fact it comes as no surprise for me to learn about the “newly emerging preparations” that we need to undertake when it comes to longevity and improving our physical health and wellness. My time at SHA Mexico was nothing short of that.

Once again…. I saw the passion that drives people to share their knowledge. I was reminded of the value of staying up-to-date with new healthcare technologies and wellness protocols and the need for consistent balanced habits to strengthen overall and overall well-being.

And, beyond anything else the importance of staying prepared, physically and mentally for whatever life brings our way.
